Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at nestaura.official@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your provided account details.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at nestaura.official@gmail.com.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
