1. General By visiting and shopping at NestAura (nestaura.xyz), you agree to these terms. We sell premium home and kitchen gadgets across Pakistan.

2. Orders & Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and NayaPay
• Orders are confirmed after verification call/message
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion

3. Shipping

• We offer free nationwide shipping across Pakistan
• Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location
• Tracking information will be shared once your order is dispatched

4. Returns & Refunds

• You may return items within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• COD orders: refund issued via JazzCash/Easypaisa after return is received

5. Product Accuracy

• We make every effort to display products accurately
• Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings
